Englewood Auto Spa Featured in New York Times
(
PRLEAP.COM) Englewood, NJ - August 20, 2008 – Car detailing company Englewood Auto Spa and owner Leo Diaz were recently featured in the New York Times for their outstanding service and attention to detail. The daily newspaper delivers information on local and global news, business, technology, science, health, sports, opinion, arts, style, travel and classifieds.
New York Times staff writer, Harry Hurt III, explains his experience at Englewood Auto Spa in the article titled "A Spa Treatment to Clean the Car and Energize the Driver." Hurt came into the auto spa with a filthy car and met with the owner for the best deal. "Leo Diaz, 28, the pony-tailed proprietor of the auto spa, greeted me with a persuasive sales pitch," wrote Hurt. "This was no ‘10-minute slosh, slap, bust your antenna and scratch your paint’ car wash, he declared. It was a detailing center that offered the automotive equivalents of manicures, pedicures, massages, facials and, of course, waxes."
Hurt opted for the Pebble Beach Detail, which was priced at $199 for a three hour session. The job consisted of a scrubbing of the tires, a high-pressure wash, a two-hour detailing job, polish job, minor paint touch up, waxing, interior clean up and leather conditioning.
Hurt’s celebrity clients include John Travolta, Chris Rock and Mary K. Blige.
