Bay Vista Apartments Better Than Ever Before
(PRLEAP.COM) Daphne, AL - August 30, 2008 - Bay Vista Apartments have not always been considered as the most desirable of places to live. In fact, the reputation of the complex has been has often been cast in a negative light.
Anita Leaman and her husband made the move from Jacksonville, Florida when they were given the opportunity to become the maintenance team for Bay Vista in May of this year. Leaman was eventually hoping to become the Property Manager, and was able to much sooner than anticipated. On July 21st, 2008, Anita was given the title of Property Manager of Bay Vista Apartments.
"My husband and I had hopes that eventually I would become the Manager, but we weren’t expecting it to happen that soon," said Leaman.
Leaman is confident that when prospective tenants see the apartments, they will be able to invalidate what they have previously heard about them. Built in a quiet community, with new furnishings, paint, and with incredibly flexible leasing periods, the tenant will feel they have made the right choice when choosing to live at Bay Vista Apartments. Leaman allows leasing agreements for as short as three months.
"We are trying to re-furbish all of the apartments, putting in new light fixtures, wallpaper, and offering people an apartment that fits their own personal needs," stated Leaman.
With on-site 24 hour maintenance, the tenant can rest assured that no matter what technical difficulty might come up at whatever time; it will be taken care of quickly and efficiently.
"This is not a bad place. It has been cleaned up and changed. I would love for more people to come and lease here," commented Leaman.

The complex has been open since 1987. Anita Leaman has been the Property Manager of the Bay Vista Apartments since July 21st of 2008.
