Casting Directors are searching the nation for fun, dynamic, families to star on the highly anticipated second season of the award winning program, and they strongly desire one that works together as a family to show another wife who lives a different type of life how to get her hands doughy
Potential families who apply must be legal United States citizens and consist of two parents that have at least one child, ages 5 or older, living at home. Each family who participates will receive a $20,000 honorarium for their time. Anyone who recommends another family that makes it on air will receive a $500 referral fee.
Wife Swap families rave about their experiences on the show. Jody Spolansky, a New York City heiress who appeared on the premiere episode, says "What a great way to step outside your life and see how someone else lives". Caprice DeLauder, who swapped places on another episode, says, "I was not ready for Wife Swap to end after two weeks". And Nicole Stallone, a daughter in one episode says, "We always appreciated our mom, but we gained a whole new appreciation for everything that she does for us".

A reality show unlike any other, "Wife Swap" presents two families with very different values who take part in a week long challenge in which the wives from the two families exchange husbands, children and lives (but not bedrooms) to discover what it's like to live a very different woman's life. It's an incredible experience that often changes their lives for the better.
