Jonathan's Auto Outlet: Family Turns Business into Duo Success

(PRLEAP.COM) September 27, 2008 - West Chester, Pennsylvania-Jonathan’s Auto Outlet, a family owned and operated used car dealership, is integrated with Dave’s Automotive Repair Enterprises, a shop that has provided repair service for more than 32 years.

Jonathan’s Auto Outlet specializes in the sale of used cars, trucks and SUVs.

Internet Sales Manager Alan Marie tells the history of the business. "The auto repair business was started by Dave Aloisio, Jonathan’s father, 32 years ago. In 2000, Jonathan decided to sell used cars, and started a second business at the same location."

Marie, who is also Jonathan Aloisio’s father-in-law, jokes about being put to work by his son-in-law. "I retired in 2000 so I was available. I’ve always liked cars as a hobby. I decided to try it out and it’s been working out great."

Marie said his expertise in computer marketing paired with Aloisio’s expertise in auto repair was not only a great match, but it enables them to set themselves apart from competition.

"We have a high focus on auto repair and we are able to inspect and service cars before we sell them. We give customers an option for high quality vehicles." Marie said. "We also provide follow up service. If the car leaves the lot and returns with maintenance problems, we don’t just say…too bad."

Marie also said that Jonathan’s Auto Outlet offers warranties as a low cost option. "We sell them for what they cost us."

Customers get full service when buying a car at Jonathan’s Auto Outlet. Each vehicle is fully inspected by a DARE technician before it leaves the lot. Jonathan’s sister, Laura Olazagasti, provides customers with tag and title service.

The family said they pride themselves on personal service and customer satisfaction. Marie added to the statement saying that his proudest moments within the company, is when the business receives letters of appreciation from customers.
