Rock Hill, S.C. – Automated Shredding Sales Manager Melissa Walker Price recently graduated from Shred School, a nation-wide sales school hosted by Total Training Services for executives in the shredding industry, located in Spartanburg, S.C. Price learned how to better serve her customers' needs through consultative selling instruction and industry-specific tips for document destruction sales managers.

Total Training Services President Ray Berry, instructor of Shred School, said Price was very interested in learning more about document disposal and how to provide the best level of service to her customers. "This isn't a temporary motivation, but tools that make an instant impact on their company," Berry said. Automated Shredding Owner Bob Korkos also attended Shred School when he first entered the shedding business and knew the value of the training skills learned. "Melissa is focused on customer service," Korkos said. "Shred School helped her learn how to address the specific needs of each client on an individual basis."

Price, a Fort Mill, South Carolina native, joined Automated Shredding in July 2008. Formerly with York County Regional Chamber in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Price brought many sales skills and contacts with her in her new position.
