Great Customer Service Increases Business at Green Tree Family Mail Center Plus

(PRLEAP.COM) Victorville, CA – November 12, 2008 – When Edd Ives bought the Green Tree Family Mail Center Plus, it was not considered a successfully running business. The previous owner had let Ives know that the store was losing money, and did not seem hopeful that this would change for its new owner. Ives, however, had great hopes for the business and was confident that it could run successfully, and in no time, that is exactly what happened.

"I was able to turn the business around," stated Ives.

The family - run mail and copy center has been consistently picking up business and establishing lasting relationships with their clients since the Ives family took over. Currently Ives’ son and wife also contribute time and work to the mail center during mornings and afternoons. Ives attributes this success to the application of personality, ambition, and drive for excellent customer service. Ives stated that often when customers come into the shop, those are the differences that they notice ever since the center changed hands.

Owning his own business has been an aspiration of Edd Ives for many years. When he noticed the center was up for sale, he took a chance and hoped for the best.

"I was looking to have a business for many years. It has been a dream of mine."

The Green Tree mail center offers mailbox rentals, shipping, packaging, black and white and color copying, faxing, printing, FedEx, eBay, UPS drop-off, internet access, and novelties like scented candles and soy candles. A one-stop shop for their customer’s mailing, copying, and packaging needs, Edd Ives is confident that his business will be around for quite awhile.

Green Tree Family Mail Center Plus is a mailbox rental service that allows customers to have their mail sent to the Victorville location, keeping them from having to wait at home for a package to arrive as well as providing several other matters of convenience. The Green Tree Family Mail Center Plus also provides copying, printing, faxing, packaging, and shipping. It is open Monday thru Friday from 7am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.
