For the first time in Denver, a free workshop will be held for all interested independent hotel and motel owners on how to gain to more simply gain a flag from a national franchise. "Gaining a flag"—or becoming a franchisee—can be an expensive, complicated undertaking for independent hotel and motel owners, and National Hotel Liquidators (TeamNHL) will show how to gain this valuable designation without running out of energy and money.

On December 11, 2008 from 6-9PM, National Hotel Liquidators (TeamNHL) will offer three workshops in getting flagged, in how to use upgraded Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipment (F,F,&E) to increase room rates, and outsourcing installation services. An RSVP by December 4, 2008 to 303-457-2252 is required to hold a seat. The workshops will be held at National Hotel Liquidator's retail showroom at 900 E. 104th Ave., Thornton, CO in the King Sooper's shopping Center.

In announcing the workshops, William Barnes, Vice President of Concierge Services for National Hotel Liquidators stated, "We are pleased to be able to reach out to the independent hotel and motel owners in the Colorado region to help them with their primary challenges: marketing, maximizing room rates and occupancy, and limiting their costs. We have enjoyed our association with the hospitality industry in this area for the past fourteen years, and we look forward to more fully partnering with independent hotel and motel owners through these workshops."

As part of the workshops, there will be customer appreciation activities such as dinner, discounts and coupon giveaways, and previews of commercial room groups from the Sheraton Denver Hotel which will soon be available for orders.
