Gallop, Johnson & Neuman Expands Labor & Employment Law Department

St. Louis, Missouri … Thomas J. Campbell, managing member at Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C., has announced that the firm is expanding its Labor & Employment Department with the addition of veteran attorneys Stuart I. Cohen and Robert S. Seigel, who previously were partners at the law firm Husch & Eppenberger, L.L.C. in St. Louis.

Mr. Campbell said, “We are very pleased that Stu and Rob have chosen to join Gallop, Johnson & Neuman. They will add experience and depth to our firm’s outstanding Labor and Employment Department, increasing the number of attorneys in that group to nine.”

Mr. Cohen has concentrated his practice in the area of management labor law for more than 30 years. His primary areas of concentration include practice before the National Labor Relations Board, grievance and arbitration proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations. Mr. Cohen earned a J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, and a B.S.B.A. from Miami University. Before relocating to St. Louis in 1996, Mr. Cohen practiced for many years in Peoria, Illinois, and still maintains a continuing practice in that area.

Mr. Seigel has concentrated his practice in labor and employment law for more than 25 years. He represents management before the National Labor Relations Board and other federal and state agencies counseling clients on labor and employment issues and in collective bargaining negotiations. He also defends employment discrimination claims. Mr. Seigel earned a J.D. from the Washington University School of Law and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
