Communicaid Helps Shearman & Sterling LLP's Support Staff Continue To Work Successfully Across Cultures

Communicaid, Europe's leading culture training and communication skills consultancy, partnered with global law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP to deliver cultural awareness training to help raise perception of cultural values and differences and how these impact on business. The training was delivered to its support staff and aimed to develop practical strategies for working successfully with international counterparts spread across 19 offices in 12 countries.

The two hour interactive workshop combined structured content with group activities and focused on cultural differences and communication styles. The programme also provided practical strategies for future cross cultural communication and working.
