"I know how difficult it is finding time to exercise," explains Martin. "But you can get a very effective workout at home, even in the kitchen. We waste a lot of time here just waiting. So instead of snacking and sampling, I teach women to take a few minutes to exercise."
In her segment on The Balancing Act Adriana teaches the host, how to utilize the kitchen counter to develop core, upper and lower body strength. With Stove Strength, Adriana transforms the stove door into a ballet bar to work the inner and outer thighs and butt. And with Mop Moves she mixes cardio with leg and butt firming.
"I truly understand the stresses and time constraints women are facing today," says Adriana a busy wife, mother and businesswoman, who was featured on The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric. "From lack of time to lack of money, so many issues are forcing women to put themselves last. But I am teaching women the importance of fitting fitness in and how we must become the health leaders of their home in order to curb the obesity epidemic that is now affecting our nation’s children."
