St. Louis Commercial Real Estate News – Joseph Ord Sells 750 S. New Florissant Road

(PRLEAP.COM) Joseph Ord, a Commercial Real Estate Agent for Lechner Realty Group, Inc., represented the seller of 750 South New Florissant Road, which sold on March 25th 2009. The approximate 16,820 Square Foot Building located at the corner of New Florissant Road and Derhake Road was sold to an "ALPS" (Always Low Prices) Grocery Store operator.

The new Owner is planning a May 25th, Memorial Day, Grand Opening for the new ALPS Grocery Store. Once open the new ALPS location will provide the community with a full service discount Grocery Store. The location has been approved for liquor sales and money services by the City of Florissant. Customers will be able to do all of their grocery shopping, cash their checks, and wire money all in the same location.

Joseph Ord represented the Seller and Gino Pucci of Lechner Realty Group, Inc. represented the Buyer. The surrounding neighborhood has been without a near-by grocery store since Save-A-Lot moved out of the same location.
