Space NK sees the beauty in new systems from K3 Landsteinar

K3 Landsteinar, a subsidiary of K3 Business Technology Group Plc, one of Microsoft’s largest solution providers for the Retail, Distribution and Manufacturing sectors, is to provide a retail management system to Space NK, a 37 store beauty and lifestyle chain.

The contract, worth approximately £400,000 is for a complete end to end system based on K3 Landsteinar’s award winning Microsoft Navision solution with modules for Retail, Warehouse management, Merchandising, Financials and Head office.

Space NK opened its first store in 1993 in Covent Garden, London and the company has since grown to 37 stores and a day spa. Their philosophy is to source and offer a carefully edited selection of high quality, original and effective beauty products from innovators and specialists around the world, Space.NK now carries over 60 specialist brands and a wide range of products.

Space NK previously invested in another subsidiary of the K3 Business Technology Group of which K3 Landsteinar recently became a part. In 2004 they purchased a main order web solution to enable online sales. This will be fully integrated into the new retail systems.
