Virtual Salsa Contest -- Win 4 free nights in a luxury hotel in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
(PRLEAP.COM) Explore & Go Mexico is hosting the first ever "Virtual Salsa Contest" as part of the El Grande BBQ Cookoff in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico on July 4, 2009.
Contestants will compete against salsa aficionados from around the world for the spicest, zestiest, best salsa. The winner will be selected by the attendees of the El Grande Cookoff in San Miguel de Allende on July 4, 2009.
How it Works
Contestants submit their salsa recipe at www.elgrandecookoffsanmiguel.com. Five recipes will be randomly selected from all the entries. Cookoff attendees will taste each of the five salsas and cast their vote for their favorite salsa. Votes will be tallied and the winner will be announced at the El Grande Cookoff and online at www.elgrandecookoffsanmiguel.com.
During the day the team from Explore & Go Mexico will be posting live blog updates with photos from the event.
If you can’t make it to San Miguel de Allende for the El Grande Cookoff, then maybe your salsa can!
The Winner
The best salsa wins 4 nights at Casa Quetzal, a luxury hotel in San Miguel. Also, a goody bag packed with free dinners and other surprises to make the trip to San Miguel de Allende unforgetable!
