July 6, 2009 – Phase 4 Technologies delivered on its promise to produce two books that would provide the rest of the world with a coherent view of V2, its flagship technology. According to the company’s technology summary, "V2 is a platform that will allow the internet to move to a more advanced level of online computing. Things like voting, attending classes, purchasing homes and automobiles, court proceedings, job interviews, grocery shopping, Medical care and diagnostics, computer and home appliance maintenance and diagnostics, real time monitoring and enforcement of cyber crime, etc…, will all be done online with ease. But there’s more. The recent turn in the economy along with more reports and proof of global warming, financial disaster, energy concerns, and many other problems, have come together to set the perfect stage and backdrop for how this Super Technology (V2) can be used and what it really means to the rest of the world. Like Superman, can the Super Technology save the world? Let us see.

"We are all well aware that we live in a time and on a planet of great peril. Originally, one of the books (The NeXus) was suppose to be a science fiction/future version to demonstrate the technology in a future context. Because the first book ran way over its intended length, the author decided to segment the book into two editions (The NeXus edition and The Discovery Edition) to make it easier for the reader to understand and digest, while allowing more flexibility in presentation.

Next, the company plans to seek help to convert the books into a documentary film and even a movie if time permits. According to the company, motion pictures are the most fluid means of information dissemination. For the company, it is the next important step to bring broad awareness of V2 and its promise. According to Vance Hodges, president of OsiXs, "We feel the subject mater and times are more than relevant, we feel it is necessary. That is why the books go on sale, on Independence Day. Our goal is to open and free the minds of the people, so we can begin to move forward". Also, on the fourth of July, OsiXs will unveil a condensed version of chapter 13 in the book called "Common Sense 3.0". It looks like a well thought out plan of attack.
