SLPowers to Acquire Guardian Angel Computer Services, provider of managed services and Information Technology, and hosted EMR (Electronic Medical Records)

(PRLEAP.COM) South Florida based SLPowers, a leading provider of managed Information Technology (IT) solutions, has announced the acquisition of Guardian Angel Computer Services, a network support and managed services company with offices in Norwalk, Connecticut and Melbourne, Florida. The acquisition will be effective August 1, 2009.

For over 15 years, Guardian Angel has been providing comprehensive IT solutions including expert computer network design, network implementation & support, and their nationally recognized network management platform, AngelWatch™, to businesses in Florida & Connecticut. Guardian Angel also has an established EMR (Electronic Medical Records) practice in common with SLPowers.
