Intuit Makes Cool As Ever Tech a Free Event on Aug. 8 at the Del Mar Racetrack

DEL MAR, Calif. - Intuit's Quicken® and TurboTax® are helping "tweeple" save money this summer by making Cool As Ever Tech a free event on August 8. Hosted by the Del Mar Racetrack and now sponsored by Intuit's Quicken® and TurboTax®, the Tweetup will bring together Southern California's Tweeting elites for an exciting day at the horseracing track. Unlike any other interactive web event, Cool As Ever Tech combines the fun and intensity of horseracing with the latest in microblogging and social media.

Featuring cutting edge consumer technology and a huge real-time tweet stream, the gathering will connect tech enthusiasts from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. Expect a real-time Twitter wall and gadgets, goodies, and giveaways. TechZulu, which brings the freshest tech news to Southern California, will be live-streaming the event for all to see.
