Jupiter, Florida, September 2, 2005 — Phasedata (www.phase.com), a leading e-commerce and content management provider of Phase™ and Phase Engine® products and services, today announced that it has entered into multi-year agreements with Cingular Wireless to be Phasedata's long-term wireless provider in North America.

Phasedata's new agreement terms with Cingular are projected to be more financially favorable over the life of the agreements relative to the financial model under which Phasedata operates today. The new agreements are expected to provide Phasedata with more wireless access in the short- and long-term and significant future growth opportunities due to the entrance of the Phase™ E-Commerce Content Management Platform into the wireless content distribution market. This capability will allows clients to manage content, customers and orders though new and innovative communication methods.

"First and foremost, Phasedata is focused on improving the content delivery of the Phase platform's wireless content for business communications.
