From AC Group to Enertia Engineering Ltd. - Local engineering company with international reach announces merger
(PRLEAP.COM) Sherwood Park, AB – The AC Group of Companies has announced today that the company, including the divisions of AC Oilfield Supply, AC Technologies & Field Services, as well as AC Environmental, is being merged into Enertia Engineering Ltd.
This newly formed company will operate two primary divisions. The first division provides engineering consulting services (including arc flash analysis specialization) focused on oil, gas, utility, mining, and heavy industry. The second division provides manufacturing services for electrical surface equipment, drives, electronics, and specialized technologies for interconnected distributed generation (wind, solar, bio-gas, etc) to utility grids.
AC Environmental will continue to run under its original banner. AC Environmental provides environmentally-friendly polymers for oil-spill clean-up and remediation, chemical-free cleaning products, naturally occurring microbes for soil remediation, root-boosting of crops, sod, and plants, as well as nano-technology for remediating heavy-metal contamination of water.
