Real Estate Internet Marketing Expert Shared Strategies At Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate's 14th Annual Fall Conference

(PRLEAP.COM) VAIL, COLORADO: Jim Walberg, a 40-year business owner and Realtor shared his effective internet market strategies for worldwide luxury real estate with the attendees of Luxury Real Estate’s Fall Conference last month. The venue for the conference was at the Bachelor Gulch Ritz Carlton. The attendees were Brokers and Realtors from around the world.

Several years ago, Walberg said he had a vision of an internet marketing model that would allow people to buy or sell properties anywhere in the world. He decided to start with the Caribbean and the San Francisco Bay Area, creating beta test sites for his idea at www.EastBayRealEstate.com and www.CaribbeanIslandsRealty.com

"I have spent over 40 years in the San Francisco Bay area and the Caribbean as a business owner, REALTOR®, and a sailor, so I know these regions of the world very well," said Walberg, the 61-year-old owner of www.TheBayAreaTeam.com - one of the most successful real estate teams at Keller Williams Realty in Danville, California. "I was unsure about any lead-generation results from my experiment. I was just experimenting. But, after just three years of perfecting my marketing strategies, it has now been confirmed that my vision of creating an internet lead generation machine focused on luxury real estate around the world is possible. We are doing it every day!"

Walberg’s experiment has produced amazing results for his two real estate companies. "One hundred percent of our Caribbean real estate results are coming from inquiries from our website/blogsite, and it has significantly increased the results of our Bay Area real estate practice, too," he said. "We are receiving inquires each day from over 16 countries, including Asia, Europe, South America, and Canada! This has created a revenue result to our real estate businesses beyond any of our expectations!"

Unlike some professionals who guard their "trade secrets", Walberg says that the real estate professionals playing in the world of internet marketing are remarkably open about their strategies for success. "The internet marketing people that I am connecting with each day are the most open and sharing community I have found in business," he said. "They want every person playing in the world marketing real estate on the internet to win!"

Walberg was also honored at the Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference annual awards banquet. The annual awards event is the time when the best of the best in Luxury Real Estate are honored for their achievements. Walberg received the 2009 Best Industry Networking Award because of effectively growing his real estate businesses through participating in international industry events and though internet networking strategies. Because of Walberg’s global network, he is able to serve his international market of Buyers and Sellers at the highest levels.
The next Luxury Real Estate event is their Annual International Conference. It will be hosted in Rome, Italy on Jan. 20-22, 2010. For more information on this upcoming event, visit www.luxuryrealestate.com/conference.
