In a shakeup at the popular online superstore, Amazon.com has announced that longtime book reviewer Harriet Klausner retains her first place rating, while tap dancing newscaster Sondra Lowell is closing in with a rank of 1,019,236. This is a significant change from her rank earlier in the week of 1,017,670.

"I don’t review with an eye to overtaking Harriet," assured the talented tapster. “I am happy just to share my expertise with Amazon’s large community of consumers.”

Besides book and product reviews, Amazon offers customer-written “So You’d Like to…” guides.

“I have written a So You’d Like to Tap Dance the News guide,” continued Sondra, “in which I share the secrets of my profession, including how I find news that rhymes and how I record my singing and tapping at the same time. I also reveal how to break into this growing field using products readily available at Amazon.com.”

Disclosing that over 1000 reviewers are tied with her for 1,019,236th place, Sondra stressed that she is happy to share the spotlight with those as dedicated to educating the public as she is. “At most publications, being over one millionth from the top might be considered a negative,” confided the podcaster, “but most publications do not have more than a million reviewers. I am well within the top two million, and I heard that at Amazon.cn [for China], that is an even higher honor than here.”
