Performance Flight grows aircraft management program – PAMPer

Performance Flight, a leader in pilot training, is growing its aircraft management program to manage VLJs (Very Light Jets). To serve this need the Performance Flight PAMPer (Professional Aircraft Management Program) was launched.

"Almost all management programs target larger jets, which typically are operated in a different manner," says Lewis Liebert, President & CEO of Performance Flight. "Owners of VLJs, therefore, become the least significant clients, receiving a lower standard of care. We can provide those owners with first class service and individualized attention."

PAMPer is designed for smaller aircraft, many of which are owned by pilots operating their own planes. It's also designed to provide a hands-on approach to management and not simply rely on pilot feedback.

"We offer a personalized level of service, which allows owners of VLJs to receive a level of care and consideration otherwise unavailable. We are also able to provide exceptional service discounts to VLJ owners." Liebert is confident that Performance Flight is better positioned to serve these owners than other management firms in the area.

Performance Flight operates a fleet of 20 aircraft and has been nationally recognized for their unique programs and emphasis on Aeronautical Decision Making. More information can be found online at www.performanceflight.com.
