After almost a year of licensing formalities, we are finally able to move forward with our marketing initiatives in Florida. As a strategy, the Florida operation will become the hub of our entire Guard Force operations nationally, including both government and commercial work, while the parent company will continue to focus on high-level security and intelligence work worldwide.

"We have two goals to achieve by fiscal year-end 2010. The first is to have obtained quality contracts which support a minimum of 100 paid guard positions throughout the State. Our second goal is for the Florida operations to receive a Federal GSA Schedule 84 contract which will help us gain a competitive edge with the government and subsequently balance our revenue stream in such a manner that will allow us to better manage cyclical economies," said Jonathan Snyder, chairman and CEO of Argus.
