AsiaRooms.com can announce that the very latest in luxury yachts and marine technology will be on show at the Dubai International Boat Show, which begins on March 9th.

Taking place at the Dubai International Marine Club, the event is the biggest boat show in the Middle East and has now reached its 18th year.

People who decide to attend the show during their stay in Dubai hotels can expect to find exhibitors representing every aspect of the marine leisure industry, from deck accessories and diving equipment to jet-skis and yacht brokers.

The show runs for five days and standard admission is priced at 55 dirhams (£9.20) per person, with children under the age of 12 going free.

Highlights of this year's event are likely to include the super yacht pavilion, which is a dedicated platform for some of the world's leading yacht builders to display their wares.

Several leading firms, including Burger Boats, Trinity Yachts and Westport, have already confirmed their participation in the show.

There will also be a display of luxury boats at the super yacht promenade, as well as a heritage exhibition area celebrating Dubai's marine culture.

For industry members, a busy conference programme on March 10th will include the discussion of topics such as green boat manufacturing and the future of the marine leisure sector in the Middle East.
