LateRooms.com divulges anyone who wants to experience an authentic slice of Spanish history while having a great time should visit the April Fair in Seville from April 20th to 25th.

The event sees flamenco dancers litter the streets at all hours of the day and night, with bright colours and passionate music in every corner of the historic Andalusian city.

While there is plenty to do and see during the day, such as Procession of Horsemen and Carriages, it is the night time activities that really set the place alight, with bullfights taking place at the Plaza de Toros Maestranza de Caballeria most evenings of the festival.

From there, people can head to any number of flamenco performances, with some private areas hired out by families or clubs, but many open to the public to enjoy before heading back to their Seville hotels.

Spain's tourism website noted: "For a week more than a thousand 'casetas' or tents installed in the fairground area become the second home of the city's inhabitants, a place where people come together to have fun and share experiences until the early hours of the morning."

What's on When suggests having a sip of a Rebujito while out and about, as the chilled mixture of Manzanilla sherry and Sprite is a perfect accompaniment to the dynamic party going on around you.

Some events do cost money to take part in and travellers should be sure to check a local tourist office for a full itinerary of events and prices.

Commenting on the April Fair, Jessica Reading, head of marketing for LateRooms, said: "We strongly urge people thinking of going to the April Fair and who need hoteles en Sevilla to book early to avoid disappointment."
