GameCon poised to begin in Naples - LateRooms.com

LateRooms.com can reveal that the fifth edition of GameCon is due to kick off in Naples this spring and should see plenty of enthusiasts gathering in the Italian city to see what is new in the gaming world.

As well as a series of video games that will all be available for people to play on, there will be a host of other gaming innovations to test out.

Travellers staying at hotels in Naples will not have far to go if they want to attend this festival, since it is all housed in Mostra d'Oltremare and Castel Sant'Elmo as part of the wider Comicon celebrations being held at the same time.

Taking place from April 30th to May 2nd, there will also be a series of competitions for people to take part in, including a brand new one aimed at children.

Not content with just being a celebration of pastimes and hobbies, GameCon is aiming to highlight the importance of young people having urban spaces to play in.

Tickets for the event are valid throughout the three-day festival and cost €10 (£9) at the box office.
