AsiaRooms.com highlights anyone who enjoys shopping in different places might want to try their hand at some bargain hunting while staying in hotels in Langkawi.

If this is the case, then taking a trip back to the mainland could be a good move at the start of May.

The Malaysian Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) will be hosting a flea market and car boot sale on May 1st, which should please any bargain hunters visiting the area.

And unlike a British car boot sale, visitors are not likely to be taking shelter from the rain.

There will probably be plenty of different areas for holidaymakers to explore, with the MAEPS park covering more than 360 acres of land, with a combination of outdoor spaces and indoor exhibition arenas.

It is located just outside Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur, which means that there are plenty of other attractions around for anyone who does not want to spend the whole day shopping.

Some of the closest sights to visit include the Taman Wetland Park in Putrajaya, which not only boasts a host of wildlife but also a recreational water centre.

Among the activities on offer at the recreational park are kayaking, fishing and canoeing, with paddle and rowing boats also available to hire.
