Search engine submission company exposes fraud in their own industry.

www.FASTSUBMIT.org a Georgia based marketing and web technology firm has taken a different approach to marketing its website submission services. For many years now, the industry of submitting to search engines has gone to the wolves with thousands and thousands of small businesses and individuals making huge claims that just weren’t true and in many cases, a complete lie. Fast submit.org figured they would try a little different approach. Tell the truth and expose the industry for its downfalls.
At first this didn’t sound like a very appealing idea to many of the company’s employees. The concern of course being that if you sell the steak and not the sizzle, no one will buy it. The CEO of Fastsubmit.org, Steven Vetter, said he really didn’t care. This division is not a big profit producer for us and simply allows us to cover some of our overhead for the infrastructure of our total company. Well guess what happened? Fast submit.org launched its’ knew philosophy on the web and business shot up immediately.
Vetter Said, “The week that we launched the way of doing business, our sales tripled. Even I didn’t expect this to happen. I expected that our sales would maintain or drop slightly, but apparently the weary public was just ready for something like this.”
Fastsubmit.org is a division of Vetter’s marketing, web and advertising company that has been doing web automation, direct marketing and advertising for years. It plans to put a little more effort into this division since the new approach works so well. Vetter also said that consumers had to take some of the blame themselves, stating that people are always looking for something for nothing. In today’s business world people think that the “web” can solve all their problems or make them rich. Vetter said, “It’s kind of like playing golf for a living. Everyone in the world can swing a golf club, many more are good players, a few are excellent. Only 1 out of every 10 million however is good enough to actually get paid to do it.”
The search engine submission process has greatly changed over the past few years. Most consumers and business owners alike don’t under the process. When it comes to search engines, there are only a few that actually have their own full data systems. Google, Yahoo, and MSN are the key players. They actually have their own data base and crawlers that provide most of their own info. Other engines such as Ask Jeeves and Lycos, rely on search patterns off of them. There are then many “piggy back” sites that simply do nothing but get paid to show others’ results. Fast submit.org submits through their software and servers to 360 search engines and directories. Then their staff goes back and submits each by hand to a select few. Once that process is done they re-submit your site every 3 weeks for the next 4 months. Also included in their service is apparently some very “brutal” marketing tips. We were not allowed to see them because they are for members only and we agreed not to discuss them. Some of these tactics are said to be unknown even by many IT pro’s that have been working on optimization of websites for years. Not a bad value for only $27.
Vetter said,” Think about it for a minute; if you had to do everything we do it would take the average person over 26 hours. If their time is only worth $1 per hour, go right ahead. We provide a great service at a fair price.”
We ask Vetter why they didn’t offer email and phone support. “We offer email support for answers to basic questions. Remember, we charge $27 and we need to make a profit. If I have an employee spend 4 hours giving support to a customer, I’m in the red.”
Fastsubmit.org says it often turns away customers that are looking for more service. It refers then to other optimization companies specializing in full service. Many of these customers still end up coming back and buying when they here that it will cost them $250 - $3800 depending on their needs.
Customers can order their services online at www.fastsubmit.org and get their website submitted within 24 hours. Also they get immediate membership into the member’s section and can start using those tools right away. Members also are about to receive a huge boost to gain exposure. Fastsubmit.org is about to release their “closed directory” project that is expected to take the web industry by storm. This new directory project is the first of its kind in that it is based on a business’s “real” existence. Vetter said that he came up with the idea 2 years ago when searching for products and services. The problem he ran into is that he never knew if the business really existed or if it was a scammer sitting in a café running a virtual business. The premises is that consumers and businesses will not only be able to search the web on the site, but then have the ability to see “verified businesses” that provide the same service or product. Each business in the closed directory has been verified by an employee of the company and this gives the consumer a comfort level to know that it is not just “joe hacker” waiting to take their money. Even more impressive is that the directory does not allow Pornography, MLM’s, FFA sites or any company practicing SPAM etc.
Our hats go off to them for tackling such an undertaking. Visit them at www.fastsubmit.org
