ST. LOUIS – Mayflower Transit, one of the nation’s oldest and largest van lines, was chosen to move Jim Toth, the winner of the Dr. Phil Ultimate Weight Loss Contest, from Chicago, Ill., to Los Angeles, Calif.

After losing 134 pounds and winning the weight loss contest, Toth won the prize of a lifetime – a move across country to pursue his dream of beginning an acting career.

“The Dr. Phil show partners with only the best,” said Toth. “He chose the best moving company to make my personal upheaval of life so much easier to tolerate. I can tell you first-hand that Mayflower made my dreams come true, not only for moving my personal treasures across the country, but for sending and employing the finest people to do it. I couldn't believe how much care went into this move, and I am floored at the care that was taken of us.

“I am blessed to have been partnered with Mayflower and I only hope that if the need arises again that I can re-partner with such a stellar organization.” Toth said. “This is truly one of the most stressful situations I have lived through and Mayflower’s people made the whole experience positive.”
