Ms. Alcaraz brings TREC Global extensive experience in managing offshore call center operations and developing training programs. She has held positions such as Director of Operations and Training Director with some of the largest call center companies in the Philippines and has managed programs for U.S. companies like Sprint, United Airlines, Trendwest and American Financial Services, Co.
