The Castleton Group Hosts Training Seminar
Professional Employer Organization Hosts Workshop For Managing Through Change

Cincinnati, OH – Jim Stilgenbauer, Vice President of Client Service has announced that the firm will host a workshop entitled: Managing Through Change, to be presented by Kim Donovant, a human resources management specialist. The seminar will teach attendees how to overcome resistance and receive commitment from their employees. Donovant will highlight topics such as why employees resist change, how to manage change and the best ways to communicate change. The workshop will be held at The Castleton Group’s office located at 655 Eden Park Drive, Suite 500 on October 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There is no charge for the seminar and it is open to managers and business owners in the community.
