Confidence - Who's in control? You, or your emotions?

Who's in control? You, or your emotions? Well it could be you, according to life coach and Hypnotherapy specialist, Roderick Piggott.

Lack of confidence and self-belief are very common causes of depression, stress and anxiety, but a new series of Hypnotherapy DVD programmes has just been launched, which can hopefully help people to find permanent solutions to a whole range of problems.

"Confidence to take chances, to speak up in groups or meetings, or to strangers, can bring about enormous benefits to the lives of people who suffer from this common problem." Piggott continues, "There are so many situations where you can make life changing improvements."

'Hypnosis' may conjure up images of swinging pendulums and stage trickery, but it’s a technique that’s recently undergone something of a change in attitudes towards its use as a healing tool. It is also enjoying a renewed interest from the scientific and medical community as more and more academic studies show significant positive results.

Many sufferers of low self-confidence are benefiting from a new and unique DVD programme, which is literally changing people’s lives for the better.

“People who realize that they need help to develop self-confidence are often too embarrassed to admit to anyone that they have a problem.” says Rod Piggott, partner and therapist at Imagine Me… the Nottingham (UK) based hypnotherapy DVD company. “We provide a new and unique personal solution that can be used in the privacy of your own home. You simply make yourself comfortable in front of the TV, press play and then relax, watch the screen and listen. It really is that easy.”

Asked how is it unique and what makes it so special? Rod Piggott explained:
“We are unique because we understand the power of visual reinforcement and we provide for this in all of our DVD based products, that’s the cornerstone of our development.” Piggott continues, “A unique and important part of the therapy and process for change promoted by Imagine Me… is the repeated use of visual and audio positive affirmations throughout our programmes, which when used daily, embed themselves into your subconscious mind. This isn’t as far fetched as it first seems, when you consider that Advertising, one of the most powerful delivery systems in the world for influencing behaviour and change, is based on the premise that messages get through to our sub conscious minds by simply staring at the TV screen, even when we’re not paying attention.”

" It's a unique and simple solution which offers sufferers the relief they need quickly and easily. What's more, it can be used over and over again whenever it's needed, even by other family members, so it represents great value for money."

"Believing in the power of your mind with hypnosis can help people feel in control, to become the person they want to be.”

Rod Piggott has developed a web site, www.imaginememedia.com, which gives everyone important information they can use to make an effective and successful choice of DVD programme to make the changes in their lives that they really want.
