Kohli, working under the name “the carbon flaw” has begun recording his debut album. “the carbon flaw” is the independent musician’s first such musical project – a realisation of his life-long dream to write an album. Justin explains, “this album generally follows a theme of reinventing one’s self, of growing and learning emotionally, and so the songs themselves generally have a dark, rainy undertone with a hopeful progression.” Musicians that have influenced Justin range from Type O Negative, Nine Inch Nails, Jesper Kyd, Tori Amos, Radiohead and Sigur Ros.
