Cyber Security Experts from across the Federal Government to Present at Cyber Security Readiness 2010

New York, New York - Worldwide Business Research (WBR) is hosting Cyber Security Readiness for the Federal Government 2010. The 3-day training conference brings together Government, Industry and Academia to discuss ways to take a more long-term, holistic approach to mitigating the threats to security and improving secure information sharing across the government. Cyber Security Readiness is scheduled for November 3-5, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA.

This training program will address such central issues including: developing cyber talent including best practices for identifying, attracting and retaining the cyber workforce; enhanced information sharing and developing the foundation for cooperation; and policy, compliance and developing a long-term, holistic approach to government cyber security. Presenters at this event include: Nitin Pradhan, CIO of the Department of Transportation; Simon Szykman, CIO of the Department of Commerce; Jerry Davis, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Protection, Department of Veterans Affairs and Dr. Ronald Ross, Project Lead for FISMA Implementation, NIST.
