Scott Kellum Joins Business Process Outsourcing Firm As Health Care Division Director Of Operations

Morrisville, NC – Susan Cotter, Vice President of Healthcare Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield at Active Data Services, a business process outsourcing firm, has announced that Scott Kellum has joined the firm as Director of Operations for the Health Care Division. In this position, Kellum supervises and manages the operation functions of the company’s production teams, ensuring quality and timeliness. Prior to joining the firm, Kellum was employed as Supervisor Distribution Services for the American Kennel Club in Raleigh, N.C. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University and 17 years of operations experience in the mailing and printing industries.
