VideoMarker™ is a software-based video recording, editing, and storage system, and is available directly from the City Focus Research facility where it is offered as a superior alternative to videotaping your qualitative market research.

The technology allows observers in the back room to bookmark any key moments or comments that occur during the session. When the session ends City Focus Research will give the client a CD with the groups on it. The main advantage of receiving the group recording on CD is the instant access. The CD includes the session along with any comments or bookmarks made by the observers. VideoMarker™ software then allows the client to review the video, make additional bookmarks, and create video clips or PowerPoint slides which can be emailed immediately to their clients or colleagues.
