Westwood, CA October 10, 2005 – Award-winning documentary, Dear Francis, the first American film to cover the issue of AIDS in Swaziland, will screen Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at 7:30pm (NEW TIME) at the Majestic Crest Theater located at 1262 Westwood Blvd. during the Westwood International Film Festival. Tickets are $10. After-party follows at Tengu Restaurant/Sushi Lounge located at 10843 Lindbrook Ave., in Westwood from 9:00pm – 11:00pm. Complimentary appetizers, cash bar.

Dear Francis puts a face to the AIDS pandemic as it chronicles the personal stories of two strangers and the Swazis they befriend. Through this unique story and interviews with Swaziland's leading AIDS experts, the film highlights the hope of a nation's future against seemingly insurmountable odds… one life at a time.
