FundingArizona.com announced that it is making nearly $35M available to Arizona start-up companies. The new site matches Arizona entrepreneurs with local business investors.

FundingArizona.com is an online meeting place where entrepreneurs looking for start-up capital may submit their business plans to investors in the Grand Canyon State. Entrepreneurs register on the site and upload their business plans. Angel investors then visit FundingArizona.com and find businesses to invest in. At no point are the investors or entrepreneurs charged for any services provided by FundingArizona.com.

“Our site will help create jobs and stimulate the economy in Arizona,” said FundingArizona.com CEO Brock Blake. “Arizona is full of great thinkers. FundingArizona.com will be the catalyst that matches those great thinkers with the money that will help them grow.”

Arizona angel investors seem to be responding well to Blake’s vision. FundingArizona.com has registered 24 accredited angel investors and more than 100 entrepreneurs have already registered on the site.

“FundingArizona.com is a great resource for independent angel investors who are looking for ideas to invest in, but don't know how,” said Blake. “FundingArizona.com will send them dozens of new ideas every month.”

FundingArizona.com is a branch of the FundingUniverse.com family of sites.
