Concern over the dissemination of information regarding defective consumer products will be addressed by a new searchable database that the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) is expected to unveil in March. Robert Clifford, the nationally renowned personal injury attorney based out of Chicago, wrote about the controversy of informing consumers in a piece for the Chicago Lawyer.
