Missing Livonia Mother Turns Herself In

January 29, 2011 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
January 29, 2011 - Since December 23, 2010 the Livonia mother of three, Gina Jasmund had been reported missing. Unexpectedly, Ms. Jasmund appeared today with her attorney, Mark Mandell, to turn herself in on an outstanding felony warrant out of the Howell District Court. Mr. Mandell a Northville based attorney was asked about Ms. Jasmund's disappearance. "The felony warrant had nothing to do with her disappearance. She was unaware until a week ago that she was reported missing. Her children are all grown and unfortunately she didn't think about the consequences of not speaking with them for a few weeks. Gina has always been a good mother but the pressures of life and unemployment got the best of her over the last month. She is fine and looks forward to moving past this missing person chapter of her life."

Given the media attention and the outstanding warrant, she retained Mark Mandell to represent her on the felony charge of Aggravated Assault arising out of an incident in February 2010. Mr. Mandell can be reached at www.Michiganfraudlawyer.com.
