'2011 HCMD Awards' Winners Announced

NEW YORK, Feb. 17 - The 5th Annual Human Capital Management for Defense (HCMD) Award winners were announced live at the HCMD Awards ceremony, Wednesday, February 16, 2011 as part of the 2011 HCMD conference which runs February 14-17 at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, VA.

For the second year in a row, the HCMD Awards received over 35 nominations. "The judges really had their work cut out for them this year," commented Lisa Ringlen, executive director of the HCMD program. "There were so many strong programs nominated in each category."
