Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana Appoints Mary Herrmann to Board of Directors

CHICAGO – Ms. Mary Herrmann, managing director of BPI group, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana (RMHC®-CNI).

Ms. Herrmann is managing director, executive coaching, for BPI group, and has more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations develop more effective leaders. Herrmann currently acts as both an executive coach to senior executives and leads BPI group's North American senior executive coaching practice. Before joining BPI group, Ms. Herrmann was a principal at a national human capital consulting firm, she was president, founder and owner of Executive & Professional Coaching and also has worked in several key HR roles in association management, insurance and advertising.

"Mary is a wonderful addition to the board and her experience in organizational development and executive coaching will be invaluable to our charity as we enter a rapid growth period," said Doug Porter, CEO of the charity. Ms. Herrmann has an M.S. in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University, and a B.A. from Northern Illinois University. She also is a graduate of Corporate Coach University in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a member of the International Coach Federation.
