Mr. Boudreau has a strong background in customer service, including 25 years with Digital Equipment Corporation as a computer engineer, international computer support engineer, service manager and operations manager. He has also spent 5 years in the material handling industry managing service departments. His responsibilities at Diamond Phoenix will include growing the department and improving all-around service.
