Bloomsbury Films, the London-based specialist film studio for wedding videos, has just taken on board the major talent Rajinder Kochar to take their service offering to the next level in terms of quality film production.

Rajinder Kochar, the BAFTA nominated producer whose successful track record includes working with Gurinder Chadha, the Director of 'Bend It Like Beckham' and 'Bride and Prejudice', joined the company this month on March 21.

Her skills will ensure that couples who are planning to marry in the UK or abroad will have only the best when it comes to capturing one of the most special days of their lives.

Rajinder Kochar has said that she decided to join Bloomsbury Films because she was 'impressed by the creative standards of the company's work'. She added that she hopes her years of experience in feature film production will bring an added level of experience to benefit the clients of Bloomsbury Films.

Bloomsbury Films itself was launched in 2006 as part of an independent film & TV production company. They have already earned a solid reputation for being the leading wedding film producer in the UK – their unique house style has been described as 'cinematic wedding documentary', making every event seem as magical as a major Hollywood production.

As a pioneer in studio quality documentary films for weddings and events, Bloomsbury Films were already the first company to hire a full-time professional film director, thus raising the bar when it comes to the level of professionalism that UK couples can expect on their special day.

Over the last five years, the central London based company has also established itself as the UK's definitive expert for weddings of all major cultures and faiths – these include Hindu, Sikh, Arabic, Persian, Jewish, Muslim, African and Greek traditions.

The company has gone from strength to strength over the years – recently their YouTube channel ranked 21st in the UK for travel & events. They have been commissioned to film for a number of high profile clients, and were even approached to film for the King of Bahrain in 2009.

Of their latest addition to the team, Bloomsbury Films CEO, Andrew Cussens, commented: "Our company is always looking for new ways to ensure our customers can have the most professional wedding film possible. We're highly excited that the talented Rajinder Kochar has joined us - our team can now ensure that UK couples get the same expertise and glamour on their marriage day that was previously reserved for only A-list celebrities."

Bloomsbury Films is currently taking advance bookings for 2011 and 2012.
