A proud sponsor of the CDRC's Tenth Anniversary Gala entitled "Access to Justice,' the National Arbitration Forum also seeks to acknowledge the tremendous accomplishments of the night's honorees, including: The CDRC Founders, Richard Chernick, Esq., Dispute Resolution Services (DRS), National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC), and the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All are being honored for their continuing contribution to the growth of ADR.

With the recent opening of its first office in Los Angeles, the Minneapolis-based National Arbitration Forum plans to dedicate increasingly significant resources to the support of organizations such as the CDRC that provide invaluable services to the entire population of the state. Leading the way in the West will be John Horn, a long-time veteran of the dispute resolution industry.

National Arbitration Forum has a highly centralized and efficient case management system and has invested heavily in technological innovation. National Arbitration Forum administers more than 50,000 cases annually and was recently awarded the "no-fault' insurance arbitration contract for the State of New Jersey.
