I Want People To Succeed And All You Need Is A Good Mentor To Do That.

(PRLEAP.COM) When asked about his formula for success, Kevin Thomasson says it had to do with an individual he had been working with. “I got very lucky and found an individual who has spent a lot of one on one time with me. I now in turn do the same with the people who want to work with me”.

”I want people to build a strong platform for themselves. that is the key to making a lot of money with Network Marketing with out having to work your tail off, the problem is that if you do not build a strong team then you will not reap the rewards & you will be constantly battling with only making direct sales. The big picture is to create leverage and if you solely concentrate on the direct sale then you are missing the big picture. I want people to succeed and you just need a good Mentor to do that. I am here to support my team members, not just through their qualifying sales but beyond that”.

”When you find such an individual you will not only be successful but this enables you to teach others that you bring into the business to be successful, in turn you will build a strong foundation for residual income”.

Kevin Thomasson is involved in several opportunities and made a very good point when asked what the income advantages were of coming into these ventures at the premier levels.

”I wanted to be able to create my dream income & life style and going all in only made sense. I got involved in Network Marketing to not only make my dream income but be able to create the life style I have been dreaming of, meaning, being able to do what I want when I want and narrowing my work load down to minutes or an hour or two a day. I personally spend around an hour just signing up a new distributor and making sure that they understand everything and are comfortable before they start marketing. If I was to come in at the basic levels then I would be cutting my profit margin down by well over half of what it is now. When you come into these opportunities at the premier levels you are able to earn a strong six figure income per year and cut your work load in half.

As our conversation draws to an end, Kevin what would you say to people looking into Network Marketing?

”Do not fall in to the hype! Do your due diligence and find somebody that is truly interested in your success. No matter what the company may be. In this industry there are a lot of people making a lot of money who will tell you that you will be able to do the same but in reality those who are signing up 30 to 100 people a month have no time to ensure your success and help you in the long run, once they have your money and your qualifying sales you are on your own.

“Your focus & reasons for joining a certain individual should not be based off the hype of what he or she is making. The fact is that what someone else makes has absolutely zero bering on what you will make, I had to find this out the hard way”.

”As with any business venture, I strongly suggest you do your research, so you may be able to make an educated decision. This is a business and needs to be approached in a business manner. Before you impulsively jump into a business you need to find out what the person who is signing you up is going to do for you and for the extent of time they will be there for you to ensure your success”.
