"Receiving the award for Most Innovative Corporate University has raised the bar for all learning that occurs at Heineken USA,” said Director of Organization Lauren Gold. “It has validated for our leaders and learners that our programming makes a difference. This award has enabled us to stand out in our industry and to be used as a tool to attract top talent. An additional bonus has been that the Organization Development function has been recognized for our efforts in making learning and development a high-impact and fun experience at Heineken USA.”

In addition to the benefits of winning a CUBIC award, Heineken’s Gold recognizes the tremendous opportunities available for benchmarking.

“Corporate University Week is one of the only ways to share best practices, think out of the box, learn from the best and bring new practices back to our companies.”
