IBG is thrilled to announce that GiveMeMyRemote.com's Marisa Roffman will be leading the discussions with actor Mitch Pileggi for a Conversation Series event on Sunday, May 22nd at 2:00pm in Beverly Hills. Pileggi is a natural story-teller, and his wit and perspective after nearly 30 years in the industry are sure to make for an entertaining afternoon!

Marisa Roffman is a true TV fan who counts The X-Files, Fringe, Dexter and Bones amongst her favorite series. An accomplished TV blogger having worked previously at both Zap2it and E! Online before joining Give Me My Remote, Roffman studied creative writing at University of California, Riverside.

Television audiences know Mitch Pileggi best for his performances as FBI Assistant Director Walter Skinner on the long-running hit series The X-Files. He parlayed a guest-starring appearance in its first season into a recurring role and finally a series regular position in the show's third year. Pileggi earned three Screen Actors Guild Award nominations in a row as part of the acclaimed ensemble. Pileggi also played the character in the 1998 X-Files film and, six years after the show's end, reprised the character in the film The X-Files: I Want to Believe.

Pileggi's recent work includes playing Sam and Dean Winchester's maternal grandfather, Samuel Campbell in the TV series Supernatural, the recurring role of Larry Jennings in Grey's Anatomy and Ernest Darby, the head of the Nordics Motorcycle Club in the Sons of Anarchy, as well as Dan Burroughs in Medium. He also played the recurring role of character Colonel Steven Caldwell, Commander of the Earth Battlecruiser, Daedalus, in the second and subsequent seasons of the television series Stargate Atlantis.

"A Conversation with Mitch Pileggi" is part of IBG Inc's Conversation Series of events, which are part-moderated, part-open floor discussion afternoons. A limited number of tickets are sold to keep the vibe intimate and informal. All the proceeds from the event will be donated to assist the fight against childhood hunger in the United States.

Tickets are available on IBG Inc's website (www.ibginc.org/conversationseries) priced at $35 for general admission and $10 for students.
