DirectRooms.com announces that a festival being held on Manado beach will be presenting the leading musicians from Indonesia along with a collection of arts and traditional performances.

Running between 4th and 25th July 2011, Manado Beach Festival takes the party to the beach as thousands of people will be gathering to see the local and international artists performing live on stage. Pop, hip-hop, dance and rock artists are just some of the acts that will be featured and aside from the main stages there's plenty to keep people occupied.

The festival is among the most popular in Indonesia and this is partly due to the diversity of activities. Festival goers will be able to see drawings, textiles, traditional puppets and dolls and all kinds of other artistic creations which will all be for sale in the market area.

To cater to all the people, whole sections of the beach will be dedicated to food and visitors can try plenty of fresh seafood and for the more adventurous bat is a particular delicacy the locals love. Another thing to look out for is that the dishes are spicy and often come loaded with chillies, making for some of hot food in Indonesia.
