ICF Consulting is Pleased to Announce the Hire of Water Markets Expert Dr. Scott Reid

ICF Consulting announced today that Dr. Scott Reid and several colleagues have joined the firm to manage its global services to water utilities and provide water policy support to governments. Dr. Reid has more than ten years of experience related to regulatory economics issues in the water sector. Dr. Reid has consulted extensively with water executives, policymakers, and regulators. Earlier in his career, he was employed by the UK water regulator, Ofwat, and the University of Edinburgh. Dr. Reid and his colleagues will establish a water markets consultancy for ICF Consulting.
