HERTZ FURNITURE LAUNCHES CONTEST TO APPLAUD TEACHERS ACROSS AMERICA

Mahwah, NJ (June 16, 2011) - To thank teachers across America and acknowledge their hard work, Hertz Furniture is launching a contest open to all active K-12 teachers throughout the continental United States. Teachers may enter the contest themselves or may be nominated by colleagues, students, or other supporters.

The grand prize of the Hertz Furniture Applauding Teachers Across America Contest is a home office furniture set consisting of a desk, chair and bookcase. The approximate retail value of the grand prize furniture set is over $1,000. Two first-prize winners will each win an ergonomic office chair.

The winners will be selected in a drawing on or around August 1 and will be contacted within 10 days of the drawing.
